Again the ensemble cast made me so so happy I love the structure to this world and being able to do so many intertwined storylines from the different points of view. Really glad I binged the one clicking of these so long ago.

This book was intense at times. There is a lot going on in this book. I definitely recommend reading/listening to The Rocker series first, since this series is meshed with it. But, it’s not a must, it just makes it even more interesting.

Everything about this book was wonderful. Multiple plots kept you on your toes, slight drama, romance, suspense, sex. The book has it all. The narrator’s were also excellent.

I'm glad I persevered. This was stronger than book one. But is anyone else irritated by how they call the women 'female' all the time? Even the women do it! It's really annoying.

This has more of a soap opera style than a regular MC. I think book one would have come across stronger if it had been longer and we could have seen that. As it was, book one just felt lacking. I still don't like how it jumps in time. With 6+ chapters at the beginning taking place in 4 yrs prior to the main storyline!
