Publisher's summary
Life lessons illustrated by Super Mario Bros.
Another Castle is my journey learning to enjoy life through its ups and downs. This was a lesson taught to me as a child while playing Super Mario, and it carries over to every aspect of life. I take a look at my life and my struggles with depression and my journey as an entrepreneur and content creator. If you are thinking about creating content you will find a few chapters with some best practices and lessons from my mistakes over the last six years. When life hits you with those Another Castle moments, find joy in the fact that your journey continues.

In many ways, there has never been a better time to get into Dungeons & Dragons. More people are playing the game now than ever before, and along with that expanded player base has come a wealth of new ideas and content that, thanks to the internet, can be easily disseminated amongst the player base. It excites me to see so many people I would never have expected to have an interest in this incredibly nerdy hobby not only give it a try, but find that it can be more than a fun pastime, and can actually add value and meaning to their life and relationships.

Excellent Read!!
What an amazing reminder to enjoy the journey. Josh’s heartfelt, vulnerable, honest, and encouraging book is a light to anyone who is interested in pursuing their dreams.
The best part is that Josh read his own book. This gave so much meaning to the words and really makes the listener feel like they are on a journey.
Anyone interested in content creation needs to listen to this book. Thank you Josh for such an excellent story!

Life is like a game of Super Mario
A fantastic short story that ties the trials of life and becoming an internet content creator, to the trials we have playing through the original Super Mario.
The story is informative, well thought out, and well paced. Using Mario as an analog for himself, Josh does a great job of breaking down his life’s journey into a cleaver and inspirational story that can help budding content creators get started and grow.
Though the story and analogies are focused of content creation, the advice is universal and can be applied to just about any endeavor. I personally am a brand new Twitch streamer who discovered N64 Josh from a random search for a Nintendo podcast. His sage advice will help me improve the quality of my content. But it will also help me stay focused and positive of other aspects of my life and my “side hustle” which isn’t related to gaming.
Great book for budding game creators, gaming enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs alike.

Life can be like a Video Game..
I grew up in the early 90's as a kid who only wanted to play Nintendo games. This book brings me back to those times and reminds me of how innocent and new all those good and bad memories are. Now as an adult, I look for something to do that's bigger than myself. I've always asked myself "How do I grow as a person and as a video game enthusiast and what brick walls am I going to face?" Josh does an excellent job of telling you the truth of how we can over come obstacles in life, just like in video games. This was a great listen and you can really feel Josh's enthusiasm and passion in his performance reading to you. Anyone who wants to be inspired by video games and a person who has gone through so much needs to listen to this book.

Required reading for content creators!
This book really hit me at the right moment. It's a really fun look at life through the eyes of a fellow video game nerd who (like myself, and many other 80's kids) grew up on Nintendo and used gaming to motivate him and keep on working towards success!
