Inner child oriented relationship healing

I've listened to a few different attachment theory relationship self-help titles, and this one most successfully focuses on healing the inner child aspect of our attachment style, which is at the heart of nearly every single relationship challenge we encounter. The author does a wonderful job of focusing on how these wounds form in our childhood, and how to identify the source of these trauma within ourselves, to heal the issues which they create in our adult relationships.
