Publisher's summary

Fear is the primary reason we fail to share the gospel with our friends, family, and coworkers. We're afraid of looking weird or out of touch. We're afraid we won't have the right answers to their questions. We're afraid that if they reject the gospel, they're really rejecting us. We don't want to make things awkward or strain our relationships. So we say nothing because our discomfort feels bigger than our loved ones' ultimate destination if they remain outside of the body of Christ. We know it's not, but it's just so hard to get over our fear.

Apologist Ray Comfort can help. In Anyone but Me, he shows you how to overcome your fears by developing 10 critical, biblical characteristics so that you can confidently share the message of salvation with those you care about most. If you've been longing to see a dear friend, family member, or coworker come to Christ, now is the time to begin becoming the faithful witness they need. Because we never know how much more time we will have to proclaim God's good news.

a great focus on major objectives that keep Christians silent. Always great to hear Ray's thoughts.

great details

A different narrator would make this wonderful read more enjoyable. Rays ability to share the gospel is most unique.

Another outstanding book from Ray Comfort

This is exactly what Christians need to hear. We need to cast aside the silly modern evangelism methods, and utilize what has worked through the centuries. A must read for any evangelist.

Getting back into my faith

I unknowingly wasn’t ever really super connected to God maybe I was but I took it for granted, I didn’t read the word I grew up in a Catholic home that we knew the tenants but I didn’t know the word and I think that makes a huge difference but honestly “never had time” to read The Bible, or even attend church, instinctively I knew God was there even during those times so it’s not an excuse, I think most people know God is real. I also grew up learning about horoscopes numerology while I would actively search for God but found it hard to find him the deeper I got into those things (and this was unknowingly) and more worldly things unknowingly showed others about them it got me in a snare that I am ashamed to say I was ever in because people told me it was unbiblical but I didn’t understand how deep it was (because I mostly joked about it I didn’t think I actually believed in it until I needed Gods help and foolishly took number signs as signs of him being there(wrong) I didn’t know this was a problem until weird things started happening things I wouldn’t have believed in(hence why I wasn’t connected to God as I thought I was…because it says it in the Bible clearly to avoid things I did but somehow I thought I was but that into it or who knows what, unfortunately I needed bad things to happen to me for me to finally get it, it is helping me find a surer footing with my faith think it’s a great read prior to Bible study along with the actual Bible and the steps to freedom in Christ I also recommend online sermons and Bible studies but this was something that made me feel much closer to God and his word makes me very hungry for the word of God, I think it’s a great book for a families reconnecting to their faith or a way to convict us of us not being as close to God as we think we are
Overall just a great book and think he wrote it beautifully

If you're Christian this is a fundamental listen.

"Have you no wish for others to be saved? Then you're not saved yourself, be sure of that!"
