About this listen
In the midst of a godless culture, Paul did what was necessary to reach the masses with the message of everlasting life: he reasoned about Jesus "in the marketplace daily with those who happened to be there" (Acts 17:17) and preached on Mars Hill, on the main route to the Parthenon in Athens.
We too are living in the midst of a godless society, and those in the streets desperately need to hear God’s Word. If we are serious about reaching this dying world, let us emulate Jesus and the apostles and preach where sinners gather.
In 30 minutes, a good, open-air preacher can reach more unsaved people than the average church does in a year. If you’re ready for something more exhilarating than skydiving, arguably more scary, and infinitely more productive, try preaching the gospel in public.
For nearly 50 years, Ray Comfort has preached the gospel in the open air and witnessed one-to-one to thousands. During those years he has learned certain biblical principles that make reaching the lost so much easier.
In this audiobook, you will find everything he learned and everything you need to know:
- Who should do it?
- Where should you go?
- How do you get started?
- What do you say?
With this helpful guide, you too can follow in the footsteps of the Savior and preach the Word on the street. There is no higher calling.

Story
Like Daniel in Babylon, Christians today are exiles in a hostile culture. Every day, we face the lions—the easier road of moral compromise, the lure of earthly wealth and influence, the temptation to give into our fears or our apathy. Yet we are called to obey God rather than man, and we need courage to do it. Award-winning apologist Ray Comfort wants to help you develop the fortitude to look into the mouths of lions without flinching, trusting that God will not only bring you to the other side of the trial but that he is refining you through it.

Story
Fear is the primary reason we fail to share the gospel with our friends, family, and coworkers. We're afraid of looking weird or out of touch. We're afraid we won't have the right answers to their questions. We're afraid that if they reject the gospel, they're really rejecting us. We don't want to make things awkward or strain our relationships. So we say nothing because our discomfort feels bigger than our loved ones' ultimate destination if they remain outside of the body of Christ. We know it's not, but it's just so hard to get over our fear.

Story
In Hitler, God, and the Bible, international evangelist and bestselling author Ray Comfort exposes Adolf Hitler's theology and abuse of religion as a means to seize political power and ultimately instigate World War II and genocide.
This fascinating study mines the depths of Hitler's beliefs and convincingly argues that without Hitler's misuse of Christianity the Third Reich would not have had its legendary rise, resulting in the deaths of more than six million Jews.

Story
The modern church is in need of a revival. But as author Paul Washer contends, "We cannot simply do what is right in our own eyes and then expect the Holy Spirit to come down and bless our labors." Truth be told, the devil has little need to oppose the church's prayer for revival unless God's people are seeking to live lives and order congregations according to God's word. This book examines 10 areas where churches have neglected clear biblical direction and need to prayerfully seek reformation.

Talk is cheap, and so is a profession of faith apart from repentance. But we live in a day when people put more stock in a once-said prayer than a life reflective of a renewed heart. Taking Matthew 7:13-27 as his text, Paul Washer reminds us of Jesus' insistence that his way is narrow and that its travelers will bear good fruit and rest on the solid foundation of God's word.

What does the Bible mean when it says we are to fear God? Is it difficult for you to reconcile the two sides of God’s nature - His wrath and His love? Mattie Montgomery teaches that a right pursuit of the fear, fire, and fullness of God can lead you into the knowledge of a side of God you may never have imagined before. He notes that the fear of God does not mean that we should be afraid of God; but rather, that we should be afraid to be against Him.

If it's good, it must be God. Right? These days the terms good and God seem synonymous. We believe that what's generally accepted as good must be in line with God's will. Generosity, humility, justice - good. Selfishness, arrogance, cruelty - evil. The distinction seems pretty straightforward. But is that all there is to it? This audiobook will do more than ask you to change your behavior. It will empower you to engage with God on a level that will change every aspect of your life.

Grace or truth…or both? Truth without grace breeds self-righteousness and crushing legalism. Grace without truth breeds deception and moral compromise. Is it possible to embrace both in balance? Jesus did. Randy Alcorn offers a simple yet profound two-point checklist of Christlikeness. “In the end,” says Alcorn, “we don’t need grace or truth. We need grace and truth. And for people to see Jesus in us, they must see both.”
