About this listen

A battle rages for the heart and soul of America. For one group, the idea of "American Exceptionalism" is dead. Some never tire of lecturing us about how out of step America is with the rest of the world and how the country needs to get with it. Worse, America, they say, is bad for the world. Its freedom and prosperity are merely historical accidents.

Of course, this narrative presupposes there are better places in the world to live. Are there? Were Alec Baldwin to leave the country permanently as he once promised, where would he go?

Invigorates Patriotism, Destroys the Destroyers

One of my new favorite books. I strongly believe this should be included in US history curriculum. This was easy to listen to and follow. I'm blessed to be a Christian and an American!

Still the greatest and spells out why

Very interesting, fun , enlightening and bluntly honest. We are now in an open peaceful civil war with Progressives. Liberty versus Tyranny. Good to know the enemy and your strengths.

A spiritual and political insight every patriot needs to read!

In the face of so many challenges within our culture, Larry offers hope as he unfolds the dynamics which make America an incredible place. With transcending truths and eternal hope, this book offers insights for every reader to carefully weigh as we stand on the precipice of change as a nation. The cost of not fighting for the freedoms we enjoy is far greater than we have calculated. I definitely will need to read this book again!

Eye opening and very engaging

We enjoyed this book a great deal. So much DEEPER criteria used to rate countries than the usual tourist type rating services. A real gift to get to look through the eyes of an earnest traveler without having to pack the suitcases and scrunch into the Tuk tuks ourselves. Thank you!
