Outstanding audio!
It doesn't only work for seniors, I tried this audio myself because of its large scope on its audio and it works wonder! I usually follow this audiobook during mornings and evenings. It's the best one to perform before sleeping, it gives me so much sleep that I needed.

My Not-Yet-Senior Mom
I wanted to check this out first to try and see if I could let my mom use it during her daily morning exercise, but she just told me she doesn’t even do yoga. I guess I need to start convincing her to do so, or I’m using this on my young adult self. I personally like the pace, not too fast and not too slow either. It’s just enough to feel at ease. It’s great for beginners, both young and old!
