The law of attraction is based on the idea that everything in the universe has a polarity, meaning that everything - from the food you eat to the people you talk to, to the things you say to the things you think - contains either a positive or a negative kind of energy. Great for free. Good to listen to daily for proves affirmations for anyone who struggles with body acceptance. Just repetitive.

Overall, this is a good read. A few of the affirmations are a bit lengthy to repeat and may require rewinding during one's listening/focusing. The major downfall of this audiobook is the presently non-helpful reference provided at the end (positivemindhub.com: the website is currently up for grabs).
