Great

Great for free. Good to listen to daily for proves affirmations for anyone who struggles with body acceptance. Just repetitive.

Lacking accurate resource reference

Overall, this is a good read. A few of the affirmations are a bit lengthy to repeat and may require rewinding during one's listening/focusing. The major downfall of this audiobook is the presently non-helpful reference provided at the end (positivemindhub.com: the website is currently up for grabs).

Training as I Sleep

Thank you for this audio book. I listen periodically and I have listened to the entire content multiple times over just as I am preparing for sleep and let it continue for several hours.
