Car ride treat

Beacon Hill 4 was my Christmas treat saved for the long car rides over the rivers and through woods to relatives' homes. Darker and intricate plot twists made the travel enjoyable. Hope this isn't the end! I want to know what happens to Aurora, Brandon and Marietta plus Williams, Logan and Lucille.

Not For Kids

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Keep it clean like "Jerry and the Pirates".

Would you ever listen to anything by Jerry Robbins again?

Not this one particular story line. My children love his "jerry and the Pirates" series. That's why I was surprised with this story.

What character would you cut from Beacon Hill: Series 4?

I'm ordering anymore of these.

Any additional comments?

Leave out the cursing, homosexuality and drunks.

Should Have Stopped at Series 1

What disappointed you about Beacon Hill: Series 4?

The story line creates constant frustration. The listener isn't given any time to recuperate from one character's self imposed disaster before being hurled into the next.

Has Beacon Hill: Series 4 turned you off from other books in this genre?

I enjoy the Colonial Playhouse Radio productions, but I will definitely pay more attention to ratings.

Any additional comments?

I'm very sorry I wasted my credits on Series2, 3 and 4.
