Breeze realizes his lifestyle is not sustainable in the long run. The constant turmoil is taking its toll on his aging mind and body. During a particularly stressful moment, he has the sudden inspiration to make a radical change.
Events conspire to postpone the start of his new life. With Brody at his side, he embarks on one last wild nautical adventure. Could this be the end for Breeze?

To the author... I really enjoyed this series greatly and will probably start over from the beginning soon but first I want to check out Blue Mountain Breeze... Thank you 👍
I just finished up this series...

The stuff felt almost... forced. As if Ed was creating these horrible circumstances to try and force us to agree with Breeze and Brody that it was time to leave FL.
As a lifelong FL boater and sailor, I felt let down and even a bit betrayed. if Ed and Kim want to leave FL, fine - but after reading this series and even Ed's how to live on a boat short book, I felt that it wasn't necessary to drag Breze too.
Ed, remember Misery, all I'm sayin' lol.
I don't want to be too negative, though. I think that Ed has a great style and I also agree with his stance on FL politics. My only regret there is that Breeze and his friends didn't completely destroy the damned sleuces and let nature take its course once again :)
Mixed feelings
