Terrible narrator - flat and monotone!

IF you can make it past the AWFUL narrator who has a flat tone of a bored and unintelligent 1950s housewife and does NOT use an English accent for an English novel, then you might enjoy the very light "mystery" novel written within.

Great

WW2, murder-investigation, Wales, short, law-enforcement

Nice short beginning to a War at Home type series. It helps us to get to know the ongoing characters while solving a murder mystery. Much too short for spoilers, so just enjoy! I did!
Suzan Lynn Lorraine is an excellent choice for narrator.
