About this listen
Biology of Dogs takes you on a series of tours through all the major biological systems–reproductive, nervous, musculoskeletal, digestive and more. Tim leads these tours in a fun and irreverent manner, offering insights that will enhance your dog-human relationships so much that you will abandon all of your human friends to spend more time with your dog! And for those of you who slept through your biology class in school, you will learn a lot of useful information about human biology as well.

Biology - straight up and with humour
Dr Tim Lewis writes just as he speaks. It takes him a short while to move from reader to conversationist/keen lecturer but it is worth it. His passion for the his canine subjects is obvious. I love when he brings his own dogs (border collies) in as examples and as real companions. I even love that Audible left in his bloopers (very few). It makes it more personal somehow. He is an excellent communicator, with just a hint of humour and a tiny sprinkling of philosophy (wait til you get to Tour (Chapter) 10: The Senses! Mind blown. Repeatedly). I recommend this book to every one of my K9 Nose Work® students, as well as everyone I know with a dog. Thank you, Tim. Write more please.
