About this listen

When Simon is kidnapped by the Fey, he's amazed to find a friend in former Shadowhunter Mark Blackthorn. One of 10 adventures in Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy.

After Simon is kidnapped by faeries (why is he always kidnapped?), he uncovers rumors of a secret weapon Sebastian left behind for the faerie queen. He must escape the Fey, relying on his only ally, former Shadowhunter and Dark Artifices character Mark Blackthorn.

Continues to draw me in

Again another great addition to the story of the Shadowhunter story. Simon is a great character and his journey through these short stories is compelling and a great way to keep our interest as we await the next series of books in the saga.

Just the right length for a great walk or quiet time at home, I love the narration and the pace of the story.

So not for everyone and certainly not a stand alone story but for those of us hooked on the Shadowhunter world it is a good way to spend an hour and a half.

Interesting

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I don't know, maybe yes. This book adds nothing new.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I think that what happens here could be included in a book as a scene or somethng like that. Wasn't necessary a book for it.

What aspect of Torrance Coombs’s performance would you have changed?

Nothing. His performance was great.

Did Bitter of Tongue inspire you to do anything?

No.
