I Recommend listening daily on good and okay days. I highly suggest listening on, “I’m fine days” (when you really aren’t, and you know the world doesn’t want to hear the real answer.)

Another one with a chapter without music the affirmations!
My mind is pulled to music, and I cannot focus on an affirmation with music in the background. I’m so glad this has a chapter that has no music so that I can focus on the words and not on the music.
