Soft music in the background with soft spoken affirmations. keeps your mind focused on the spoken words. I would listen during my afternoon rest. The only downside was a lot of "and" were used in the affirmations.

Right mindedness?
I really enjoy this series of affirmations, not just grateful attitude. This is my first out of the others. It’s not overwhelming. The tips given at the end are helpful to me. Very soothing and helps me refocus myself on being grateful.
