Classic ruined by background music

I had to stop audio book after six chapters- something I’ve never done. The producers left the loop of annoying background music from the intro playing in the background. Ruined the experience. I enjoyed the paperback I picked up very much, though.

Not a fan of this

The audio quality is mediocre and there’s distracting, repetitive music playing the whole time. Would not recommend.

Thud.

This book starts off brilliant but ends dull and pointless, unless he's trying to indicate social mobility usually takes more than one generation -- for all of us I'm sure.

I know I paid two bucks for this, and I actually prefer a plainer narration style, but I was surprised to hear either he was eating, drunk or perhaps these were medical episodes.

Glad I read the book, though. I had no idea it even existed.

the narrator ruins it

is he eating? having a stroke? i dont know. he seems to catch the rythm for a moment amd then lose it.
