Great guide
I work with ladies 60 and above and this was really helpful, no need to use fancy equipment to feel fulfilled with your daily workout. All of the exercises are doable and easy to follow.

Gentle Movements
This is a great audiobook for learning chair yoga poses and it has the benefit of working out from home. I was looking for a way to stay active but gentle on my lower back. This book was exactly what I needed! The chair exercises are easy to follow and I can add to it or do specific poses that I want so I can customize my workout. I have noticed waking up less stiff and having more energy. Plus it just feels nice to get moving. Great book!
