Where does Chakra Balancing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is up there when it comes to chakra balancing. I did like the guided images and the journey towards cleansed chakras. I could have used a little more time during each chakra cleanse, but I was able to follow along just fine once I got used to the pace.Any additional comments?
This audiobook seems to be aimed towards beginners, and I think I'd classify as a beginner/intermediate. It was a thorough cleanse and I felt relaxed at the end of it. There is a lot of music after the meditation. I left it on and focused on my breathing for a while before shutting it off. No need to listen to the whole soundtrack unless you wish to unwind for an hour. I liked that the session was about 20 minutes long and I was finished with the chakra balancing/breathing techniques within 40 minutes. That was enough time for me to really feel the difference in my body. It's a good meditation with effective guidance and techniques.Wonderful in Many Ways

And the info was at best aol news worthy. I'm serious, an average 5 yr old could have created the content and then his dad could speed $100 on a pro voice over and published this audio book.
