Soothing and enlightening, nice techniques

Any additional comments?

This is a series of meditations that will help you do different things, such as increase mindfulness, do a body scan and such. I find them useful and like to listen to them on separate occasions as I'm normally short on time. They are a good length and have decent music with some great narration. Very pleasant meditations.
