Great set

Great set, I especially enjoyed the positive affirmations section.

Narration is smooth and flowing. Some of the pauses in the reading help help the listener record their responses.

Almost 5 stars, rain info

I would have given this five stars if she didn’t plug her other books so much. In each book, I have to hear about how her other books would help me. It interrupted the flow of the information and helpfulness of the books. I still like the books a lot, but that’s why I deducted one star. In narrator also did a great job. I learned a lot from this book, especially things about how to form the good habits.

the narrator did a wonderful job. There's enough repetitive and pauses to make this audiobook useful such as for the affirmations where each are repeated twice then a pause for you to say it yourself.. The pdf is extremely helpful because sometimes the narration can be really boring like: "List 3 things you are grateful for: Day 1. One (pause) Two (pause) Three (pause). Day 2...etc. It's easier to see those sections in pdf form because the journaling is not really intended to be narrated.
