A great source for positive thinking
This book began changing my life the first day I started reading. I had realized I was becoming more and more negative and did
not like living with unhappiness. The first chapter demonstrates in east to understand language how simply one can slip into negativity and how easy it is to start changing the way I think. I have filled the pages with notes and copied several positive statements which I carry loose in my purse.
