Publisher's summary

Viktor Warden isn’t going down without a fight.

Eternal happiness has never been high on Viktor’s list of desires. He’s lived a life up to his neck in danger, mythological threats, and family drama on a truly cosmic scale. But after bringing the world back from the brink of Armageddon -- more than once -- he’s ready to take a break.

However, it turns out that old stories, and old foes, have a way of finding their way back into the narrative...and they rest for no one. This time, his enemies are the fractured Loa who are weaponizing wraiths, deadly creatures conjured with tainted blood.

The fallout from the in-fighting poses a risk to Viktor and his family.

Tracing back the past that lead him to this point, Viktor will have to ally with those he never imagined he’d work with, and he’ll have to fell enemies on a scale unlike he’s encountered before, to purge the world of this growing wraith poison.

To the brink of death, across time and space, Children of the Storm sees Viktor Warden pushed to the very edge of his capabilities, giving his all to preserve what’s left of the world, and the family, he loves.

Cliffhanger ending.

Great story, but didn’t care for the cliffhanger ending. The narrator is outstanding, and should be used on all of Ken Lange’s books. Will definitely get the next book when it comes out...if Andrew Pond narrates it also.

Fun read

Loved it. Pretty much nonstop action from beginning to end, and definitely furthers the story. I'm really enjoying all of this world. Well done on narration, and I definitely recommend this series.

Children Of The Storm : A Nine Realms Saga

This is a great series but I'm still confused I like the way the different God's and their Pantheon are represented in a modern world setting . The only problem I had is that Viktor kept getting his Ads handed too him over and over again don't get me wrong I get that he is still damaged and has huge gaps in his memory and he's not who he was or should be but come on Author how many times are you gonna do this seriously . And why haven't Viktor met Cain get he was at VViktor's office but they didn't meet . Anyway looking forward to the next book in this series.

Love this series!

Ken Lange has creatively made this incredible world with two separate series that intertwine each other that include so many different mythological beings. I wouldn't think it possible to effortlessly combine these different mythologies in such a way, but Lange does a fantastic job! Both series seem to get better and better with each book. I can't wait to see how the rest of the story plays out! Great narration by Andrew Pond!
