I recommend this audiobook to anybody that is in the process for going through the process of being an real estate appraiser it is AI but if you're serious about learning and remembering everything this is a good book I suggest you to check it out and I recommend anybody that is serious about it to go over it multiple times my only wish is I wish this book was a lot longer but it cover the major topics
