Semi Accurate Information
Overall decent read however definitely some misinformation. If you do Kegels without incorporating reverse Kegels then that’s going to worsen erectile dysfunction. Also it’s been proven that a nutritional regimen higher in high quality animal proteins and fat contributes way more to see drive then a heavily plant based diet.
