Great!

Loved it, and I also loved when the reader made a mistake in the recording, and had a "dag nabbit" moment, haha, but pressed on!!!

cyclothymia Disorder

I found this to be a great brief pamphlet type of read but honestly it didn't go in-depth into any of the information

Well-intentioned but…

There’s a severe lack of educational literature about Cyclothymic Disorder and so I can appreciate the aim to help fill this gap, but this book misses the mark. For instance, when an author makes a hefty statement such as “untreated Cyclothymia can lead to schizophrenia” (which is a mischaracterization by the way), there’s a responsibility to provide ample explanation and analysis to flesh out the idea. This was simply not done at several different points in the book.

nothing you can't find on a youtube video

Very short, questionable recomendations about supplements and medications. I can't believe I spent a credit for this.

Nothing

Short, without any added value. It is like 3 blog posts from other people scraped into a pamflet
