Publisher's summary

I knew I shouldn’t have done it.
Lies never work.
They always get discovered in the end.

But I lied to Chloe Galer. I told her I had a boyfriend, when all I have waiting for me at home is a cat.

There’s only one solution left.
One way to rescue myself.

Look on Date Monsters, and find a shifter willing to be my boyfriend for the week.

Except Oskar Wainwright is more than what I bargained for.
He accepts my request within hours.
And when I meet him… He’s even more handsome in the flesh.

It’s all a lie. We have to pretend for one week that we’re dating.
But I’m not sure I can pretend.

I think I might be starting to develop real feelings…

And that’s a huge problem.

It should be titled a date with shifters

I didn’t like how the last book ended with the shifter being shot three times even that should have killed him.

Accept the difference

Shifters and humans are sharing the town, but the lines are distorted. The town has to learn to deal with distrust and violence, still accepting their different brings forward love and peace.

AI reader needs help

Liked the stories, hated the AI reader. Mispronunciation of words (live vs live), for example, very distracting.

I like them all

The four books in this series, can be read as stand-alone stories. The stories have a story line that is not focused on sex, but the lives and interactions of the characters.

Enjoyed this box set

As always the flat affect makes great story's less.

Wish there was a better voice.

I want REAL narrators

The electric voice reading this is soulless and distracting. I want an actual voice actor to read audiobooks.

Date minister shifters agency

The story is off to a good start. I really do not like the virtual voice. It’s lacking emotion. I hope they take the reader’s suggestions seriously and have a live performance in the future.

Not well researched or edited for simple mistakes.

The horse parts are just wrong. The author didn’t know what she was talking about and editing didn’t catch it.
Story uses the word quarterback (a position on a football team) when talking about one of the horses purchased in book 1. Should have been QUARTER HORSE. Then in the same book talks about training that same horse for sulky racing. Standardbreds are used for sulky racing not quarter horses. In another of the books the term horse tying beam was used instead of hitching post. If an author is going to use a ranch as the main setting for several books they should find an equestrian to read those books for errors.

AI was ghastly. Both inflection and pronunciation of various words were wrong and detracted greatly from the story. Bring back the live narrators.
