narration

I love the story but the lady narrating is awful. she mispronounced simple words that anyone should know. other than that the story is perfect.

Unusual but very good!

This bear shifters series was different than most but I really enjoyed it and couldn’t wait to get to the next book every time. I highly recommend it!

Horrible AI narration. Hire an actor. The story was good but it read as flat, bad pronunciation, no expression in the voice

Good story line. The production value was horrible, no expression, no audible changes in the telling of the story. Amazon used bad AI instead of actors and it robbed the author of true story telling . What a shame

Awful narration. The male sounds like a female and visa versa.

I do not like AI narration. The AI narration gives no life to the characters.

Each of the brothers had true personality and life differences/experiences. The female characters weren’t totally helpless.

I enjoyed the entire series. I didn’t see the 2nd wife of Daniel setting the ending up, it was ingenious and hilarious! This series was great, even the virtual voice didn’t sound too bad, there was some inflection every now and then. I still like real live character voices the best.

Story line kept my interest.

Narrator jumps into next chapter without pausing and characters voices similar, sometimes not knowing who’s talking.

Okay story... virtual voice below average

This series is good for a light read. Interesting shofternstiry with focus on family reunification and individual romances. The end of the series was not satisfying to me. Missing key scenes I think. And really not enough shifter action that I look forward to in shifter stories. Overall just ok

Rough draft

I couldnt get more than 2 hours in. The concept of brothers separated finding each other again is appealing, but the story feels unfinished, like a rough draft that was never flushed out or checked for inaccuracies.

Pros change from first person to third and back.

No world or character building. Shallow uninvested plot that both moves to fast and doesn’t move at all.
My synopsis in 2 hours of listening:

Guy turns into a bear and the girl just shrugs and says ok. No questions, or freak out.

Instant relationship with no conversation or explanation.

As soon as the MCs are introduced to each other, a parent dies without ever building any character so that you don’t really care that her mom died. Same day they arrive at her house the visitation is the next day, and the funeral the day after, but the car accident is still being investigated. Unrealistic time frame.

He’s an orphan but handled himself well around her family, but her whole family is portrayed as 1 flat character with only 1 personality trait. And main character is the only one that’s different and obviously left out, but no backstory.

Introvert girl brings rock star to mom’s funeral, then the family is framed as bad by asking questions about the relationship.

Cliche Rich rock star keeps saving the simple, plain, introverted girl.

Second day they’ve known each other and girl walks around in a towel in a hotel room and there’s no awkwardness, or extreme attraction. “I’ve been waiting to have sex with you my whole life”. Magic instant orgasm.
I’m already in love with you and I’m totally accepting of it. No real feelings expressed about the relationship.

I’m dying for this story after 2 more drafts.
