About this listen

Diana: The Voice of Change throws new light on the most famous woman of her time, and by listening to Stewart Pearce’s account as Diana, Princess of Wales', voice and presence coach, you will discover the truth about Diana’s extraordinary life principles. You will experience what created her love, and the secret keys that focused her destiny. You will be gain exercises to use that will focus your own destiny, helping you find your authentic voice, the voice of change that resonates within the core of your whole being, assisting you to live your soul’s purpose.

This is the legacy that Diana wanted the women and men of the world to have—the experience of knowing how she achieved freedom from oppression, how she became a force of liberation that literally shook the world, and why she was taken from us to become a force of divine inspiration. For although Diana may no longer be in flesh, her spirit lives on communicating to us all.

This book is dense with extraordinarily deep wisdom. I found many of the concepts profound and I can now understand how Stewart has catapulted so many people into world fame and global impact over the past five decades. My concern is that the infinite value here will be missed by many but for those concerned with depth over trivialities, they will find much wisdom herein.

Extraordinarily Deep

If you're going to produce an audiobook, and expect people to pay money for it, you should probably at least try to edit it. The author frequently misspeaks, then repeats the correct phrase. You can also hear paper shuffling throughout, and at one point, what sounds like two email notifications. All of these could have been easily edited or re-recorded with minimal effort. It detracted from the audiobook so much that the only reason I finished it is because I was listening to it as part of a book club.

As for the book itself, it focuses on methods Diana used in her life to feel confident in herself, as instructed by her voice coach. It doesn't really include anything about Diana or her life that we didn't already know.

Over an hour in, and this guy is still telling me what I will learn from this book. Haven’t learned anything new so far. I was expecting a vocal coach’s insight into how women can assert themselves through more robust vocal production. So far it’s a lot of repetitive mumbo-jumbo. Feels like the author is selling personal empowerment workshops and is cautiously withholding content till he can get more money from the reader. I hope I’m wrong. But don’t know if I have the patience to hang in and find out.

I would seriously consider pulling this audio book and re-doing it. I had to stop listening because I was too distracted by the author's stumbling on his words. I cannot believe he's a vocal coach.

The worst narration I've ever heard
