Luke:

This starts off fast and hot and keeps your interest all the way through. I thoroughly enjoyed the story of Luke and Elda. Their first meeting was memorable. lol. I liked how two strong characters became a deadly duo to be reckoned with. The duet narration was good and added to my enjoyment of this story.

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. Another great character and plot development by Roxy Sinclaire. Talk about sensual chemistry between Luke and Elda! Then they find out that they are in the same business and things get even hotter. I love how the author makes Elda protective of Luke. This book has suspense, backstabbers, intrigue, revenge, finding peace and happiness, and some really explosive sexual scenes. I love the dual narration. Both narrators are new to me. I felt that they did an amazing job of portraying the emotions and personalities of these characters. I think their accents were a little off but that didn't bother me because they were great otherwise. I highly recommend this Audible book.

I love Wade's deep, sexy voice. He did a really good job. I've read this book before, so I already knew it's fantastically written and that the characters are intriguing. But I'm really enjoying listening to it too. Would definitely recommend.

I don't do weak, whiney and angsty women very well which is why I enjoyed this listen SO MUCH! Elda, our take no prisoners female lead, was a goddess in stiletto's. The relationship she had with Luke was on equal footing and I just loved it.

The duo POV narration was the perfect choice! Vessey and Fairweather were awesome.

This is a mafia romance so there is sex and killing. If you're okay with that, then this listen will make your day.

Appreciated the POV. I think I was easily distracted by this book due to the writing.... the end dragged which I am not used too. "I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review."

What made the experience of listening to Dirty Indiscretions the most enjoyable?

I really loved the dual narration. I've listened to a few books by Roxy Sinclair previously, and they are almost always single narration, so this was a nice break from that.
Also this is a great length for the person on the go, that also likes to finish listening in one stretch.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

I wouldn't say the edge of my seat, but it kept me interested, and constantly waiting to see what happened next.

What does Wade Vessey and Piper Fairweather bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narration was great. Wade Vessey did a great Irish lilt that was slight, I would love to hear him go full Irish accent. He also made a few pauses during dialogue during the first few chapters that felt a bit unnecessaryand unnatural at first, but as the story goes on he became much more fluent and it flowed great. Piper Fairweather did a fantastic job as alway, and she did great doing the accents too.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I really felt it was sweet, more than a hard hitting mafioso type of story.

This books was a great story, it did lean more towards a romantic and sweet vibe, with mafia undertones, rather than a gritty hard hitting mafia book. I enjoyed the lighthearted aspect of the story, but I initially exspected something a bit darker. The fact that it wasn't what I normally have come to exspect in mafia romances, didn't detract at all from my enjoyment of the story. I would definitely recommend this book, to someone who doesn't like to delve deep into the dark romance genres, or wants a break between more dramatically inclined books, because this book is the prefect "lift me up" and is also the prefect length for a quick mood booster listen. I have received this audiobook for free from the author for my unbiased review.

Whew! This book sure does get right to the hot stuff! This book features quite a few sexy times, which I think the author did a great job of writing. I appreciate this book for what it is, which is a book that doesn't dig too deep emotionally, but provides an entertaining, quick read. I really enjoyed the storyline, and would've loved for there to be more complexities to the story, and I almost gave this book a 3, but then I realized that this book delivered on what it intended, and that's to be a steamy read with a bit of backstory and plot, and I found that I quite enjoyed this read. The relationship between Luke and Elda was exciting, and I enjoyed both of them as characters; both are strong, independent characters, and I liked the connection that they build together. I do wish there were more of an epilogue, and some parts in the last chapters felt unnecessary, and the conflict was resolved way too quickly, and I would've loved for there to be a bit more suspense on that front. I liked that mafia aspect, but it felt a bit tame, and since this book says it's a dark romance, I was expecting a bit more darkness, but that I suppose is subjective. I listened to the audiobook version of this story, and the narrators did a pretty good job. The male narrator has a really nice voice, and the only thing that was a little weird was the Italian accent, but otherwise, he did great. The female narrator also had a nice voice, and I enjoyed her parts in the story. This book has wonderful sex scenes, interesting characters, and entertained me the whole time.

If you like mafia romance and are looking for a quick and entertaining read i suggest you pick up a copy of Dirty Indiscretions. It is the first book in the Omerta Series. Roxy Sinclaire did a great job with the story line and characters. Luke and Elda are full of mysterious secrets that will keep you hooked. The narrators did a good job at bring them to life. I will be looking for more books from Roxy Sinclaire.

One of the most inconvenient ways to meet someone and yet they find their way to a happy ending. This was a great book to listen to. The accents were fun to listen to while having a story come to life in my head.
