Excellent Book!!!!!

This book is fabulous and the narrator did a phenomenal job bringing the characters to life. I listen to about 100 books a year and this one will be one of my favorites.

Just okay!

The story was a little slow at times. I guess I expected a little more drama😐The price of the book was a great value.

Great flow and keeps your interest - I recommend!

I chose this book because it was 18 hours and the narrator is one I have come to enjoy (great buy). This is a new author for me, but I will say she did the dang thang. Although, I was looking to get away from the urban urban urban fiction (money, sex and drugs), the way this book flowed was a lighter version.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It kept me wanted to know more. The one enormous twist was waaAy far fetched but a great way to tie the book together. The story made me wonder if some of the issues were true, like the exclusive clubs and how they incorporate others. It was chock full of juice.

The villain was a true villain (nasty expletive, lol), I wanted that character to get it so0 incredibly bad. So the outcomes didn’t happen as expected, but that is real life, as well.
I recommend, it was a really good read – looking for my next adventure.

Interesting

This was hard to follow at first because it was several guys and girls. I gave it a overall 4 star because the drama was slow paced, while still keeping my attention. The performance I gave a 5 star because I LOVED the way the reader changed her voice for the guys. And the story I gave 5 star because after the first part I thought it was the end of a short story, and when part 2 begin I recognized it was different characters, but it later continued with the original guys and girls but it was years later. That was so different! Then I wondered why Part 2 had the different characters, and later on we discover how the beginning of part 2 tides into things years later! Cleverly written. This was my first time listening to this author and I would consider listening to her again.

Good read

I enjoyed the flow of the book and although at times it was predictable it also carried just enough unexpected to keep you interested. The boom hits a lot of situations at one time however it's not overwhelming as you read it all comes together. I would say check it out. Good read/listen.
