Interesting detective story from the times of the Czech King Přemysl Otakar II, with a likeable main character Oldrich, the royal prosecutor. The characters could be a bit more developed, and it would be nice if it were historically more accurate (for example, Hospitallers didn't actually wear white mantles, those belonged to Knights Templar). But overall, it's very suitable for easy listening and passing time while driving.

Technically, it's well executed, except that for some reason Audible splits the story into more chapters than the actual audiobook. But that is a minor issue, which doesn't really detract from the listening experience.
