About this listen
No more hiding. Running from danger is no longer enough. The time has come for Mason to act.
Heal, grow, expand, adapt, fortify, attack. Become a force to be reckoned with in the post-apocalyptic world. And let's not forget the need to rescue someone very important.
The 4th novel in the Dystopian Girls series is very much harem adventure intended for mature readers. Expect more sexually explicit scenes, profanity and violence.
"Another great book from the wonderful imagination of a fantastic author I am greatly looking forward to the next one."
"I went through Books 1-4 in two days. The story drew me in and had me looking for more each time."

Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Story
Compiled by intrepid journalist Neve Pride, this archive of recordings spans the months after dragons emerged on earth, chronicling the communities that sprang up amid the destruction, the scientists, military leaders, and experts searching for a defense, and those steadfastly seeking the missing. Neve and her young daughter Bex travel among the wreckage speaking to those left behind and surviving, against all odds. Neve records everything for history, and in the hopes of locating a clue as to where the dragons came from and how one might stop them.

Great Series
Can't wait for more. Author can't do anything about virtual voice but it's not that bad. Very original and fascinating post apocalypse. Love the mutant aspect. Love the different characters. Some likeable and some not so much by intent. Well written with good adult content that really develops over the series along with expected associated issues.

A weak section of the series.
Virtual voice took away one star.
the lower score was simply because this series is concerned with anything besides actually surviving an apocalyptic scenario. There's a percieved military force threatening their existence but instead of actually moving out of the area they hang around their compound as if they've got a fighting chance. Of course I expect them to overcome because the hero can't die in a series like this.
The interaction between the women is so weird and completely uncharacteristic of a women's general behavior.
There's so much about this book which just doesn't make sense.
