Great format, easy to follow.

I felt that the author made this Italian learning process easy. I’ve never tried to learn Italian before but I think the the author presented the course was easy to follow. Great methods.
I especially liked the long pauses after given a phase to translate into Italian.

One of the best and easiest ways

This 2 hour lesson is one of the best I have encountered. I have purchased other books from other authors that were no help in understanding and learning Italian. His approach is to learn and understand while memorizing with real application . I’m certainly next buying his other books

Good for a minimal vocabulary

If you are a very beginner planning to go on a trip to Italy, this will give you a minimal vocabulary so you could use it here and there, more for fun than actually to accomplish things. For example, if you want to book a room or order in a restaurant. That's about it.
I am curious about the longer course as I like Paul Noble style. It is a bit slow and has a lot of repetitions but I guess this is how it sticks. His voice and accent reminds me a lot of Andy from Headspace. So it is very relaxing, you can almost meditate on it :)

Love Paul Noble

I love all of the Paul Noble courses. I feel that he has a great way of teaching. Before listening to this course, one should know that basically all it teaches are some of the very basics of getting around if you are on vacation in Italy. Stuff like how to book a hotel room.

Terrific Teaching

Wish I had heard of Paul Noble before I had purchased any other course. Practical and engaging, this is great starter for words and sentence structure that has you able to communicate the basics when traveling. I’ve purchased the longer course.

Do not waste your money and time

He repeats the same stuff hubdred times!! Much better use Duilingo! I thought that because is only 2 hours was going to be condensed info, but it’s just a piece of the longer book!!! BAD!!!

Half Non-essential and full of useless repetition.

The way this book is structured, it repeats about 5 "lessons" over and over and anything someone traveling to Italy for the first time might actually find essential seems to have made it in almost by accident. About half of this book's 2 hours is spent teaching you how to say you have already booked a table/asking if you already have a reservation. I only listened to one hour before skimming through the rest of the chapters to make sure they didn't get more useful at any point but anything that calls itself an essentials guide that doesn't include things like 'where is the bathroom?', 'do you speak English?', or 'how much does this cost' in the first half of the book is a failure. I am not too mad because I only spent 6 dollars on this but if you used a credit on this you wasted your membership fee.
