Caroline's descriptions and exercises of the chakras are truly exceptional. Clear and clean! I've finally got a great understanding of them!

This small little recording is like someone took a hatchet to one of Caroline's books. I forget which one, but I want to say Find your Sacred Contract (Live Workshop) or Invisible acts of power: Personal Choices That Create Miracles. I did like parts of this, but it ends abruptly and with no closure. Get Caroline's books and get the whole talk as it's MUCH better and worth the money!

It started with a whole experience where the listener emerges in a process of healing. And when the listener is in the amidst of memories and hurt the audio ends! There’s no coming back. There’s no moving past this. The listener is taken to his/hers dark place and is left there. If there was a conclusion this audio/experience would had been absolutely marvelous!
