The everso effective technique of self hypnosis

The amount of weight loss titles out there can be nothing short of overwhelming. However, Sandra love has really hit the issue on the head with her title, “Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women” by incorporating the everso effective technique of self hypnosis–a method that, although controversial in some fields, has been proven to do wonders when changing the subconscious mind for the better. It’s pretty amazing, the listener is able to effortlessly and positively affect their health by going right to the subconscious mind–a method I am sure we will see more and more of in the near future. This book also has lovely narration by Jacqueline Michelle, which is an important element when it comes to things like hypnosis or titles meant for sleep.

Very good audiobok

I have tried hypnosis for migraine headaches and it works. Now it's time to practice all the tips the author teaches in this audiobook. She explains in detail the benefits of practicing hypnosis and the power of positive thinking with affirmations. I really enjoyed listening to this book and recommend it. Encouraging and supporting - a great book!

I really loved these meditations and mindfulness approach even without thinking about weight loss, it helps with daily life too. I hadn’t thought of hypnotherapy before this book and it makes so much sense.

Loved the balanced approached and the practices as well as the focus on getting to a position where there is a healthy approach to both feelings and weight along with the positive approach to it all.

It doesn’t leave you to figure all of this out by yourself, it teaches how to do it in such a gently, encouraging and gradual way as well as providing has lots of ideas, tools and tips - it’s impossible not to want to try them.

Hypnosis For Weight Loss

What a better way of losing weight! Change your mind, change your habits. This book does an excellent job of examining why people over eat and offers self-hypnosis techniques to change the way you think. When you can understand WHY you're doing something, it's easier to change your ways. I love the holistic approach to weight loss and the book even continues to help after you've lost the weight. It's one thing to lose it, it's another thing to keep the weight off.

The meditations were great and very relaxing. If you're someone struggling to shed some pounds and not up for another diet fad, give this book a read/listen.
