One of the biggest issues I have when it comes to losing weight is that I’m an emotional eater. My mood can fluctuate at times and cause me to eat more than I care to. exciting yet cautiously optimistic
Just finished listening to this two-in-one hypnosis audio guide about weight loss curious yet cautiously optimistic. At least, then, dealing with weight loss by hypnoses is rather fascinating, because some techniques given sound rather promising. On particular, I noticed, from emotional eating to ways on building confidence, most other books don't refer. More so, bonus materials were nice touches at the end with their recipe guide. But I found some of the claims of quick weight loss a little sensationalized and unbelievable. I am curious to try some of the hypnosis techniques, although I will be doing this with a large dose of skepticism, not necessarily expecting miracles. The "virtual gastric band" was an interesting idea, but one for which I would like further supportive science. Generally speaking, I think it is one interesting approach to weight loss that might be worth exploring, but I'd recommend keeping expectations realistic and combining it with healthy eating and exercise habits.
