I had the honor and privlege of meeting and hanging out with Calvin after an event in Tampa, FL. Immediately upon meeting him, I knew I wanted more time with him even though I wasn't clear why. This book does not get bogged down in too many narratives and stories. It is very direct and to the point with excellent practical advice. I've started using the points outlined and it has been very helpful in getting me focused and on track in my business.

I bought this book and downloaded it to my phone while sitting in an audience that the author was speaking to. He was that engaging and I wanted to know more about him and his story. A lot of the tips and tactics in here I have encountered in other places, like taking action, surrounding yourself with positive and successful people and measuring the key lead indicators that will really move you toward your goal, not just the lag indicators and vanity metrics. But the funny thing is that with Calvin's own spin on these older ideas and his engaging personal story mixed in, I actually prefer this book to most of the other books he referenced about all of this points. It is a fast easy read that will inspire you to cut to the chase, focus on what matters and measure what will really get you to your goals. Ready by the author who is a great public speaker. Highly recommended.

I loved this book because it helped me understand where I was in my life with my start up entrepreneurial journey.

Sometimes, I really feel lost, but I know I am on the right path. Calvin’s story was great with specific examples from his life as well as others.
