About this listen

When Grant Hardy, Meltdown's lead singer, falls off the stage in the middle of a concert while under the influence, his record label has no choice but to step in and take control.

The solution is simple.

Send Grant to rehab and avoid a public relations nightmare by covering it up as a bad case of the flu. When the rehab facility's recommendation for extended treatment starts to affect the label's bottom line, they are forced to find an alternative solution - hire an in-house counselor for the duration of the tour.

There's just one problem. Grant Hardy isn't an addict.

Contains mature themes.

well written story

this story was great! the characters are developed well. it keeps you on your Edge when you start to feel like you know what's going on there's a Twist . it's not as hot and bothered as many other books but it's still a great story. can't wait to hear the next one!

Couldn't put it down

This story was not only a romance, it also had a mystery to solve. Held my attention from beginning to end. The author gave us a Class A story. I got confused a little bit with all the characters, however, the main characters, Grant and Mallory, were excellently developed in this intriguing story. The narrators were great as well and brought this story to life. Looking forward to more in this series.

Female voicing by male narrorator is bad

I loved the story, but I'm not sure I can listen to the rest of the series because of the narroration. Every female character voiced by the male narrorator sounds like a mocking child whiney voice. the females either sound like children or old ladies.

GOOD STORY BUT TERRIBLE NARRATION

I liked the book but the Narrators were terrible. The voices they gave the characters were so bad I almost stopped reading. Only reason I finished was I wanted to know how it ended. And the next book in the series has the same Narrators.

Torn legaments in American female biathlon LOL

As a Scandinavian with biathlon as one of our national winter sports, torn ligaments in biathlon is sooo far fetched. Had she shot herself in the foot it would have been more believable. I love Susan Dunklee (the best American female in biathlon), but to say that she skies so fast cross country that she's in danger of falling so hard that she tears something is just laughable. Made the story so much less realistic.

I wish I liked it more

The concept and plot twist we're good, the side characters were interesting, and the main characters were ok. The thing that irritated me was just...ok you're having sex again, cool. But all these stressful situations...nah let's still bone. It's a love at first sight romance which I never understand, and the guy was wayyy too pushy. Then the narrators. LB was great, I like the timber (?) of her voice and she does other characters really well. AC on the other hand makes this HORRIBLE high-pitch whiney voice for women and I couldn't take it. I almost gave up like 6 times.
