About this listen

Still a virgin at 21, Meg Smart walks a straight and narrow path. She aces her classes, excels at her part-time job, and carefully avoids trouble - no drinks, no drugs, and especially no boyfriends.

Rock star Miles Webb doesn't do "boyfriend". He skips over intimacy and love in favor of easy distraction - a beautiful woman under him, screaming his name. Meg is drawn to the pain in Miles' gorgeous, tortured voice. But the man she hears on the radio is nothing like the player she meets at a mutual friend's house party. When she walks in on one of his trysts, she's embarrassed enough to die. His merciless teasing leaves her blushed and frustrated, but she's intrigued by his wit, his confidence, and his casual offer to give her a night she'll never forget.

The story was pretty flat and childish. The H/h had their past sad episodes w/ family losses but it was all very lame and simple. Nothing to write home about.

Nothing really amazing about it

This book was amazing.

It had me on the edge of my seat until the very end. I couldn’t help but fall in love with Miles.

I love Miles 😍

I thought it would have more story and less sex. But it was just the opposite. If you like listening to straight up porn, then this is your book!

Not what I expected

Good story but so depressing- didn’t stop me from listening ha. Performed well but could’ve used more voice reflection for the female voice. Tatiana Sokolov has a great male voice but the overall flatness of her voice performance enhanced the depressing storyline. I wouldn’t use a credit but worth the listen.

I like this book pretty well. Although I was a little bit disappointed. From hearing previous books in this series I expect more explanation about the guys drug issue and they made it sound like his band mate really messed things up with them before they got back together and none of that was present in this book... so it was good but was a tiny bit disappointed.

Pretty good.

Liked that this was a light read, no angst, cheating or drama. Miles is a famous rockstar, manwhore, recovering addict and the ultimate book boyfriend. Meg lost her sister to a drug overdose, she is in her last year of college, was a virgin, and still mourned her sister. Their relationship is to be friends with benefits only.
Disappointed in the lack of depth to the story. I disliked the FMC’s personality, Narrator did a fantastic job.

Miles & Meg Romance

Really enjoyed the story and the narration was excellent. He was hot and she was not whiny as so many female reader are. Really enjoyed both.

I almost DNF'd like a million times. I was totally loving the story when it started it off, but then it's like the FMC did not pay attention to what the MMC was saying. He said, I don't do this and that and she was okay with that. Then had the I can change him mentality. She annoyed TF outta me! She held her secrets close to her and didn't want to open up to him as a friend. Then set him up to play boyfriend. ughhh.

Disliked the FMC!!!

I am always sceptical of heroines who let a guy who they caught having sex with another person touch them with the same hands that has the essence of another woman. What makes it more disgusting is the fact that the hero even drove her home that same night. Miles is the usual rockstar stereotypes. More women in their bed than is humanly or decently possible. So of course the story of Miles and Meg is sex, sex and more sex. The plot suffered because of the sexcapades. Not good.

Predictable...
