Short, Smutty, and Fun

This was a short listen and smutty instead of romance. I enjoyed it for a quick listen. It would be wonderful if the author would expand it into a full length. Wonderful Narrator and I enjoyed the characters.

Short Story

It's a short story about Mark, who was desperate to find student housing, otherwise, he's kissing his college dreams good bye. He ended up as a pledge for a fraternity. A gay fraternity. His journey to a little self discovery begins from there.

There's no romance involved, so if you're expecting romance, be warned.

The narrator's voice is new to me. His voice though sounds more appropriate for more matured roles, or even urban fantasy books. He sounded much older than the characters, if that makes sense? He did a good job even if he sound a tad bit older than the characters.

2.5, round up

This is the epitome of OK, nothing particularly great about it (and problematic in a whole myriad of ways if you look too deeply) but also not complete rubbish. With only two scenes I would consider sex scenes, not overly steamy either. I would call this fluff. The narrator did a fine job, though I think he was a tad too mature for the job of voicing such an obviously young character.

Note: I received an audible code for this book. I chose to listen and review it.

Marks gay awakening

Mark wants to go to College and can't afford it so Eric tells him he should pledge at his Fraternity, not saying it is a Gay Frat house, and Mark believes he's straight. Quick light sweet listen

Glad I didn’t pay for it

So this short story was given to me in exchange for an honest review. Honestly I didn’t like the narrator at all and therefore I wasn’t able to really get into the book. This is supposed to be a book about an 18 year old college student pledging and learning about his sexuality. The narrator made all the characters sound like 35-40 year old men and their was no difference in the tone of voice for each character.

Not sure this is really how it works…😁

This is a cute little GFY short, with the twist that Y represents a fraternity rather than an individual. With the basic setup of ‘impecunious straight kid pledges gay frat to acquire housing’, hijinks are sure to ensue. This quick listen was actually pretty sweet, if not especially realistic (which, to be fair, it isn’t meant to be.) The narration was very good as well.
