Publisher's summary

Miguel wants to be noticed.

Miguel Cordero Ruiz always considered himself straight, but his sexy anatomy professor, Dr. Cummings, is making him seriously rethink that. While the professor who lives across the street is supposedly a “bird watcher”, it's rumored he’s really spying on the male students who live in Miguel's building. When rumor is confirmed as fact, Miguel decides to give the professor a show he won’t forget.

Aldrich is afraid of being seen.

Aldrich Cummings has led a lonely existence. That all changes when he sees his gorgeous new neighbor moving in across the street. When he discovers the guy he’s been secretly watching from his office window is not only aware of his audience, but is enjoying it, Aldrich is even more entranced. Miguel is his student, and therefore off-limits, but what the administration doesn’t know won’t hurt them.

It was supposed to be harmless and meaningless voyeurism.

As time passes, the desire between them burns so brightly it inevitably explodes. Both will face consequences if the university finds out what the professor and his student have been getting up to. They will need to navigate the obstacles in their path to find the happiness both have been searching for.

Now You See Me is a stand-alone MM novel. It contains one not-straight Navy vet, one professor afraid of being touched, nosy relatives, nosier neighbors, troublesome colleagues, voyeurism, The Pleasure Chest, binoculars, a Maginot Line made from pillows, and a HEA for two men who deserve happiness.

Loved everything about it

5 Blue Roses
4 Blue Flames

Narrator Kirt Graves uniquely delivered a flawless narration that will engage all listeners. He is a master of pacing himself, which draws out tension in scenes wrought with angst, frustration, even and joy. This caused a highly entertaining experience and will easily carry listeners through the beautiful layers of this story.

I absolutely loved the references to the anatomical terminology. Aldrich, is an anatomy professor, who gets all lyrical about anatomy when sexually aroused. It created a “close to home images” and “laugh out loud” moments causing loving the sexy nerdy professor even more.

All the characters were very likeable and the narrator did an excellent job in giving them their own voices which enhanced their personalities.

Miguel has a strong personality, and he know what he wants. I liked how he immediately spoke to his friends and asked questions about his sexuality. The writing is fresh with minimum internal conversations and struggles.

I definitely recommend this audiobook.

Hot and Steamy listen

I enjoyed this very hot and steamy story. Even though this book is full of super hot sex scenes, there is also a good plot, interesting characters and some trauma caused issues explored. Narrator did an amazing job, his performance made this book a perfect listening experience. Highly recommend for readers who enjoy super hot romance stories.

Great story and narration

I wish I would have waited to listen to this when I was more in the mood for this kind of story. I've been in a book slump lately and I think it made me not enjoy this book as much as I normally would have. I am giving 4 stars because it was well written and perfectly narrated. I don't think I enjoyed it as much as some others did unfortunately. but there was excellent character development and steamy scenes. I hope there is a book with Dev and Luna because I'm curious about all the kink going on there.

Better than description

I was hesitant to listen based on the description of the book, but I love Kirt Graves and the other reviews swayed me. It was definitely worth it. Funny, sexy, and interesting characters.

Sweet and low angst MM romance

I liked this sweet and low angst romance between Aldrich, a biology professor who had a voyeurism kink (which could be perceived as creepy but is made out to be hot in this story!) and Miguel, who is a Navy vet and has an exhibitionism kink (who would have thought?? lol). These two get along like peas and carrots with their matching kink. I love student/teacher romances and I appreciate the backstory development for each character, the author did a great job wit this! I also love Kirt Graves narration! 5 stars!!

Rich interpretation of the characters

I liked the narration by Kirt Graves. He infused the main characters with the uncertainty they both felt but didn’t give them weak voices. The family and friends in this book are very important to the story and his voice gave them the richness they deserved.

Miguel moves into a new apartment. Rumor has it the man across the street is a peeping Tom. Miguel’s not sure he’s a peeper but he is his anatomy professor Dr. Cummings. The sexy, bow tie wearing, way off limits, professor.

Aldrich enjoys his neighbors, not in the glad you are my neighbor way but with binoculars. It’s already gotten him in trouble so he trying his best to not do it again. Till the new guy moves in and basically starts taunting him to look.

Miguel and Aldrich have so much personality. You would think the staid professor with his suits and bow ties would be kind of boring, not so. Miguel is a hot Latino man. He concedes he is probably bisexual, but he knows the prof is meant to be his.

I really liked that both characters, in their own way, were shy and unsure. The author did a very nice job of bringing such different men together. Their relationship just kind of flowed together without seeming like it was forced or hurried.

Miguel’s family and friends also just kind of jumped off the page. Nice, sweet, love story.

Beautiful

I’m still speechless. This was so well written and even more well preformed. Easily could’ve been trashy but the craftsmanship on both counts elevates it far above. Just bravo. Wow
