About this listen

Living with an abusive person can make your life a nightmare. Gaslighting is an insidious form of manipulation and emotional abuse that is difficult to recognize and even more difficult to release. The goal of a gaslighter is to gradually erode the victim’s belief in themselves, their reality, and decisions. And because gaslighters are very good at putting up a convincing act, the victim gradually begins to accept what they are told over what is real.

If one or more of the following symptoms seem familiar, you may be among the gaslighting victims:

  • Being more anxious and less confident than you used to be
  • Feeling like everything you do is wrong
  • Feeling like you're not good enough
  • Feeling misunderstood
  • Experiencing extreme weight loss or weight gain
  • Experiencing unusual jealousy / insecurity / paranoia
  • Always thinking it’s your fault when things go wrong
  • Having a sense that something is wrong, but being unable to identify what it is
  • Making excuses for your partner’s behavior
  • Being unable to be comfortable with yourself
  • Avoiding giving information to friends or family members to avoid confrontation about your partner
  • Feeling isolated from friends and family
  • Finding it increasingly hard to make decisions
  • Feeling hopeless and taking little or no pleasure in activities you used to enjoy

This book provides precise insight into understanding the tactics of gaslighters, their hidden moves, and how to deal with manipulative relationships. The key to successfully gaslighting a person is to keep the victim off-balance, unsure, and without a sense of control. This book reveals strategic patterns for gaining control and keeping in balance no matter the pressure.

You are your own person who must fight.

Become a warrior and a champion of your own mental health. Be one step ahead of your abuser - gain the tools to stop them and prevent them from doing you any harm.

You, too, can become impervious to the sneaky and manipulative ways of gaslighters. Just click “buy now” and find out how to never be harmed by them again.

To anyone who thinks they are going nuts because someone else is trying to portray one's own worth and values have none, please consider reading this audiobook, and then do it. Very good perspectives and helps along with practical advice that should be carefully applied as soon as possible because of the very inherit dangers to those who are being abused.

Absolutely great listen. It described our neighbor perfectly. We thought about moving, but are learning to turn the tables on the neighbor, so that he no longer can impose his sense of self-entitled reality. Just a bully.

Absolutely great

Is this a person or a computer doing the narration. It is difficult to listen to because it doesn’t sound like a human.

Narration sounds like a computer.

The narration makes this impossible to listen . The narrator should rather read the children books not self help / behavioral/ mental health books.

terrible narration
