Recording needs 2 tracks
What made the experience of listening to Get a Good Night's Sleep the most enjoyable?
It helps me sleep. It works! Better than herbal tea that keeps my bladder full.
Any additional comments?
Audible should have kept or put this in 2 tracks. The first 6 minutes are the introduction, which only needs to be heard once or twice. The rest should be heard every night for at least three weeks. If it were in two tracks the intro could be skipped after the first time without the inconvenience of trying to find it with fast forward. I tried to edit it, but Audible's proprietary format or codec prevented this otherwise simple procedure.

The best thing to pain control and relaxation!
What made the experience of listening to Get a Good Night's Sleep the most enjoyable?
Her voice is very very soothing the back ground sound is in-sync with the women's voice.
Any additional comments?
My brother was having consecutive surgery for a week. As you can imagine the pain was excruciating. He was on a pump pain control and other medication to monitor the pain. The pain killers weren't enough I was afraid the Dr.’s would give him more sedatives. So I remember how meditation had helped control pain in the past. I asked my brother to breath and concentrate on the voice he was about to listen. He like everyone else was upset and skeptical. I turned off the lights and told him to just give it a try. It worked like a charm. Next thing you know he was asking me to play it again. I highly recommend this audio book

This meditation for sleep is effective in obtaining sound, restful sleep, Lynda's voice is soothing with expert guided imagery. The background sounds are perfect in compo. Thank you Dr Hudson.
