Loved every single bit of it. Excellent narrator!

This works!

After giving birth naturally and ENJOYING IT with the help of self-hypnosis, I knew self-hypnosis truly works. Now, I am using it to become a morning person. So far, so good!

VERY EFFECTIVE.

Very effective. i listened to it last night. I didn't sleep well all night and i cant get any much needed sleep today. i was up at 6 am and ready for my day except I'm not. Dont listen to this if you need to sleep in for some reason.

it helps

this meditation or hypnosis -- it's helpful. the first three minutes are echo y in the intro. after that, it sounds good. she has a relaxing voice.
