Clear, succinct. These meditations are excellent whether you choose to do The Work or not. Profound.

The most effective meditation

Byron shines, as always. I like that this isn't over-produced with spacey music. However, I assume this was recorded with a live audience, as throat-clearing, coaching, and sneezing are in the background. In a way, that's a great test for naming first-generation thoughts and not getting lost in the story of the distraction.

The meditations are not organized in chapters—they are 53 minutes of blended meditations. I can bookmark and note the beginning of each meditation, but I wish the publisher had done that work.

Still, the content is awesome, and Byron's voice is a calming gift to support my practice.

When you order something for guided meditation the last thing you want to hear is people coughing and sneezing in the background. I cannot believe they published a meditation With disgusting and distracting background noise. Very poor editing to say the least.
