super helpful to sleep!!

I got this book for my husband who struggles with sleep and other health conditions. It was transformative. Especially chapter 5: Prayerful Surrender. Chapter 7 was also helpful: Sleeping To God's Promises. I encourage you to read scripture because those are the promises of God and they are eternal, forever. If you struggle with sleep and love the Lord, highly recommend.

It’s so full of truth!

I loved this so much!!! It’s incredibly beautiful and might make you cry. I have cried twice since starting this because it reminded me how much my Heavenly Father loves me. I often feel alone and anxious at night, but when I listen to this with an open heart, the devil drifts away and I feel as if I’m wrapped in the safety of the spirit. Give it a try!

Effective!

This audiobook made a big difference in my nights. I used to lie awake, stressed and anxious, but the guided meditations helped me find peace and get the sleep I needed. The breathing techniques and connection with Jesus provided a deep sense of calm. If you're struggling with insomnia and want to find rest while deepening your faith, this audiobook is worth trying.

It works!

I very much enjoyed everything in this book. I was able to relax and rest very quickly. I’ve also used it in the morning to do stretches and start my day and a good place. Most everything seem to be spiritually sound except I don’t believe guardian angels are our loved ones that have gone before us. Other than that, it was fabulous.

Finally Sleeping Peacefully Again

I have struggled with sleepless nights and anxiety for as long as I can remember. I would lie awake for hours, mind racing, feeling more and more frustrated as the night wore on. This audiobook has changed all of that for me. Focusing on what matters most

This was so nice! I know you’re supposed to listen on your way to bed, but listened to the first chapter during the 14th hour of my 16 hour shift today. I was exhausted, hungry, and in a terrible mood and I decided to give this a try. Within the first few minutes my attitude had gotten much better! It was nice to be reminded of the love and protection God offers, no matter our circumstances.
