The narrator’s voice is incredibly soothing, like she knows exactly what to say to help you let go of the stress from your day. There is also soft and soothing music in the background that creates the perfect atmosphere to unwind.
The guided visualizations were a standout for me. For example, you were asked to imagine your stress floating away like clouds, which to my suprise was incredibly effective and really helped me feel lighter and more at ease.
If you need a tool to help you mentally disconnect from a rough day, this book is for you. It’s 45 minutes long, which should be more than enough for even the most stressed out person get the deep sleep they need. I’m sure it will make a noticeable difference in your sleep routine, too.
