audiobook is a help for falling asleep
I've always had difficulty falling asleep because my mind keeps racing and this book will make a marked difference. The soothing voice had an immediate impact on my ability to relax even during the day so I'm looking forward to using it as a part of my nighttime routine. soothing narration
This is a great audiobook that helps sleep. The voice is very soothing to listen to and it brings me comfort and relaxation. I've been listening to some ASMR content that helps me to relax and get to sleep. But many ASMR content are a bit on and off, you don't know what's coming up next, sometimes a sudden sound comes a bit off and it just makes me more sober. The good thing about this audiobook and the narration is that it's very consistent. It brings you a quite immersive feeling. The only thing is that it's just one hour, but i think that should be good enough for most cases.
