I did not have an "Extreme" reactions to this book, but I really enjoyed listening to it.

The story was not developed at all it a lot of bombshells dropped and no real story behind it and the h/H were self absorbed idiots stuck in high school.. the narrator did not even attempt to distinguish voices everyone sounded alike so you never knew who was speaking....I listen to both out of morbid curiosity on how it all ended.

This duet book series was Peyton Place on crack and not in a good way

The audio is always always better than the book.

"As I slid into her, I felt my body go numb. I moved in and out like a robot as she groaned under me. She wriggled and grabbed me, yet I felt nothing. Only the need to relieve my pent-up frustration. I was disgusted with myself for having sex with her when my heart was with another. I pulled out as I was about to finish. I rolled over and lay with my back to her."

What disappointed you about Healed?

The story was very rushed. Also these characters are suppose to be out of high school and in their mid 20's...this book made them sound like young teenagers at times. I loved the first book but was let down by this one.

Would you be willing to try another one of Kat Marlowe’s performances?

Probably not...she was very monotone. Se would be much better if there was a guy reading along with her for the male parts.
