I'll admit that I was skeptical when I started listening to this book. I have a lot of stress and a hard time sleeping. After one listen I started to feel calmer. I listened to it again while falling asleep, and I had the best night of sleep I've had in years!

Ready to drift away and relax

In this past year, I started listening to guided meditations to help relieve stress and improve my relaxation. Healing Theta Waves Guided Meditations is an audiobook that really powerful and easy to get into. Each of the chapters has a topic for help, including sleep, anxiety and better self-awareness.

I listened to this audiobook while in the office, and found so many chapters and topics I’m going to listen to at home and ‘use’ for meditation. If this sort of thing is new to you, a guided meditation is a great place to start. Just sit back, listen and let the voice take you away towards healing. Perfect for this time of year and all the holiday stress.
